Membership.
A Grecia Crystals & Wands member may not have more than one active membership. You can update, edit or terminate your membership account at any time. You agree to maintain accuracy at all times. As a Grecia Crystals & Wands member, you also agree to take responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your own membership account and password.
Product Information.
Prices of products and delivery and other charges displayed on the Grecia Crystals & Wands website are current at the time of display. These prices are subject to variation without notice. With our product descriptions and pricing we will always attempt to be as accurate as possible. However, due human error sometimes product descriptions or other content of the website may be inaccurate or incomplete. It must be kept in mind that crystals are natural and have inclusions, imperfections and faults that occur naturally and in no way constitute misrepresentation of the product.
Placing and Accepting Orders.
Once payment has been received in full Grecia Crystals & Wands orders will be despatched. Grecia Crystals & Wands is not responsible for any loss or damage caused by late delivery or cancellation of an order or a product - you may wish to avail to registration / insurance of the item.
Cancellation of an Order.
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us immediately. Orders that cannot be cancelled will be subject to our terms, conditions and policies relating to Returns and Exchanges.
Delivery.
It is your obligation to enter the correct delivery address details at the time of ordering. Should you enter the wrong address, we are not obliged to re-send the order to the correct address at our expense. Our Delivery & Payment statement completes these Terms and Conditions.
Exchanges and Refunds.
Our Exchange & Refund statement completes these Terms and Conditions. However, please note, this excludes the following items:
Customised items are not returnable. Please ask any questions you may have prior to placing your order.
All sales on Final Sale items are just that - FINAL. That is, they are not returnable.
Gift Vouchers.
All Gift Vouchers are issued with an expiry date as indicated on the voucher itself. Once that Gift Voucher has expired, we are unable to extend the expiry date under any circumstances.
Please note: There is a difference between ‘Promotional Gift Vouchers’ which can only be redeemed one at a time. For example, if you have two Promotional Vouchers, you must complete your purchase using one, and then begin a new purchase to use the second. Promotional gift voucher are those obtained from Grecia Crystals & Wands as part of a competition, incentive or offer.
Internet Vendor.
Grecia Crystals & Wands has entered into agreements with Internet Vendors to sell and promote their products. In all arrangements involving Grecia Crystals & Wands and third parties, Grecia Crystals & Wands accepts no liability of any kind in connection with the materials and practices taken to handcraft such products or services.
